The first step to planning your next move begins when you call our office or complete the online moving quote request form. Most of our customer service staff have been movers themselves, and work thoroughly to cover every last detail of your move. We will ask you questions regarding the details of your move and needs, and use that information to formulate a customized moving plan.
During the preparation phase and the days leading up to your move, your move coordinator is available to answer questions, make updates, and handle any additional details that you request. You can call our office or communicate through email at your convenience, we are available to make sure your move is a success. On the day of your move, you will have the contact info for your crew leader with open and honest communication to ensure we are available from start to finish.
